Method

1.Heat oil in large, deep frying pan; cook onion, stirring, until soft.
2.Add seeds, nutmeg and spinach; cook, stirring until just wilted.
3.Stir through juice and mint.

Yellow mustard seeds are also known as “white”, and available from most supermarkets
