Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
2.Sift flour, soda and sugars into large bowl. Stir in butter, extract and egg, then chocolate and nuts.
3.Drop rounded tablespoons of mixture, 5cm (2-inches) apart on trays.
4.Bake cookies about 10 minutes. Cool on trays.
