Ingredients

Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender; drain. Place hot potato in a large bowl; mash until smooth, stir in cream and wasabi paste. Season to taste.

Any all-round or mashing potato is fine to use here. Pontiac or sebago are also good choices.
