Method

1.Pour 1½ cups water into 2.5-litre (10-cup) rice cooker; place steamer basket in cooker. Place carrots in basket; secure lid. Cook 8 minutes. Add broccolini, asparagus and peas to cooker; secure lid. Cook about 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2.Transfer vegetables to serving dish; drizzle with combined oil, juice and garlic. Season to taste.
