1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Place tortillas on prepared trays, in a single layer. Sprinkle tops of tortillas with cheese, then oregano. Bake, 10 minutes, or until cheese melts and tortillas are crisp. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges. Transfer to serving plates.
2.Meanwhile, mash together beans, avocado, juice, chilli and garlic in a bowl. Season.
3.Spoon bean mixture over tortilla wedges. Top with combined capsicum and green onion. Serve with salsa.
