Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 220°C. Lightly grease and line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
2.In a large bowl, combine mince, vegetables, breadcrumbs, cheese, egg and parsley. Season to taste and mix well.
3.Cut pastry sheets in half, lengthways. Arrange one-sixth sausage mixture lengthways along each pastry strip. Roll over to enclose filling.
4.Cut each roll into 6 pieces. Place seam-side down on tray. Brush tops lightly with milk.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
