Method

1.To make pear relish; peel and core pears; chop coarsely. Combine pear in medium saucepan with onion, butter and vinegar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until mixture is pulpy. Add sugar, cloves and allspice, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
2.Cook chops on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked as desired.
3.Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan; cook spinach, tossing, until just wilted.
4.Serve chops with spinach and pear relish.
