Method
1.Place lettuce on a serving platter. Top with tomato, onion and tuna. Season to taste.
2.To make dressing: In a jug, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste. Serve salad drizzled with dressing and accompanied with lemon wedges.
Tuna will slice easier if you wrap the piece in cling plastic and freeze it until just firm.
