Ingredients: 425 gram can tuna in brine, drained; 420 gram can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained; 310 gram can corn kernels, rinsed, drained; 3 (225g) celery sticks, trimmed, sliced thinly; 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, coarsely chopped; 100 gram baby rocket leaves; 1/3 cup (100g) mayonnaise; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

1.Combine tuna, beans, corn, celery, parsley and rocket in large bowl.

2.Place remaining ingredients in small jug, whisk to combine dressing.

3.Serve salad drizzled with dressing.
