Method
1.Combine tuna, mayonnaise, lemon rind, garlic, olive oil and chives in a bowl. Add pepper to taste.
2.Spoon dip into an airtight container and chill. Serve with crackers and sticks of raw vegetables.
If you’d like to add a punchy flavour to the dip, add a little curry powder or crushed canned green peppercorns. For something different, try using the dip as a stuffing for hollowed-out fresh ripe tomatoes.
