Troppo blocks

1.In a blender or food processor, puree mango with juice and orange juice. Stir through passionfruit pulp.
2.Divide between iceblock moulds. Freeze for 3 hours, until firm.

Raspberry and lemonade

3.Variation: puree raspberries and lemonade, and continue as directed above.

This method works with a variety of ingredients, such as leftover soft drinks, yoghurt and ice-cream mixed with favourite flavours.
