Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2.Combine mince, parsley, one egg and flour in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper. Cut cheese into 16 pieces. Divide mince mixture into 16 portions. Shape each portion of mince around a piece of cheese; roll to enclose cheese.
3.Cut pastry sheets into quarters (squares). Place 1 portion of mince on centre of each quarter; gather pastry over mince to forrn a bag. Beat remaining egg; brush over pastry.
4.Place bags on prepared tray. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked. Serve with sauce.
Prepare treasure bags ahead. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill until required. Cook just before serving.
