Tortilla chicken salad
1.Preheat a char-grill pan on high. Spray tortillas with oil. Char-grill 2-3 minutes each side until grill marks appear and tortillas are crisp. Cool and break into pieces.
2.Toss torn leaves from two heads baby cos lettuce with spicy chicken mixture.
3.In a jug whisk salsa with ¼ cup mayonnaise and a few drops hot sauce. Drizzle over salad, toss through crispy tortillas. Serve with avocado, sour cream and grated cheese.
