Lemon chilli crumbs
Method
1.To make lemon chilli crumbs, melt butter in small frying pan. Cook remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring, until crumbs are browned.
2.Boil, steam or microwave green, yellow and broad beans separately until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain again. Peel away grey outer shells from broad beans.
3.Place all beans in medium bowl with oil and juice; toss gently to combine. Season to taste and sprinkle with crumbs.
