Teriyaki stir-fried pork wraps

These pork wraps couldn’t be easier to make and with the rainbow of coloured capsicums, they look great too. Instead of wraps, you can serve the pork on rice with a few green beans, or swap the pork for beef, chicken or even prawns.

Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a large saucepan or wok and add the sesame oil.
2.Sauté the onion, ginger and garlic for 2-3 minutes over a medium-low heat until softened and fragrant. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3.Add the plain oil to the pan and cook the pork over a medium-high heat until golden and nearly cooked through.
4.Add the peppers and toss for 1 minute. Add the onion mixture back to the pan and toss together with the teriyaki sauce. Heat through.
5.Serve together with the tortilla wraps, lettuce, cucumber, sesame seeds and noodles, or with rice and green beans, if you prefer.
