Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.In a bowl, toss chicken in the combined marinade, honey and garlic. Arrange in a single layer on the tray. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
3.Make rice salad: In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Serve with chicken.
