Method
1.Preheat chargrill or barbecue on high. Brush each lamb cutlet liberally with tandoori marinade.
2.Cook cutlets 1-2 minutes each side, until cooked to taste.
3.Meanwhile, combine yoghurt and cucumber. Cook pappadums in batches of 6 in microwave on high (1200 watts/100%) 1 minute. Serve with lamb cutlets, rice, salad and chutney.
This dish would also work well with chicken schnitzels. If preferred, use ready-made tzatziki dip as a dipping sauce.
