Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.Arrange chicken on prepared tray. Combine teriyaki sauce, mustard, garlic and chilli in a bowl. Brush half over chicken.
3.Bake for 10 minutes. Turn chicken and brush with remaining teriyaki mixture. Bake for a further 10-15 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with rice and steamed Asian greens.
