Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Spray 2 x 12-hole mini muffin trays with oil.
2.Press wonton wrappers into holes. Spray with oil. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
3.Remove from oven. Transfer wonton cups to a serving platter.
4.Process mince, prawns, onion, ginger and garlic using pulse button until smooth.
5.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry mince mixture for 5 minutes or until cooked. Stir in sauce: season.
6.Spoon mince mixture into wonton cups. Top with extra onion. Serve with extra sweet and sour sauce.
Baking ensures a low-fat wonton. Serve wontons with your favourite dipping sauce. To make traditional wontons, brush edges of wonton wrappers with a little water, top with filling then pinch wanton to enclose filling. Steam or deep-fry.
