Method
1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry fish for 1-2 minutes. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
2.Pour in sauce and bring to boil, stirring. Simmer for 1 minute. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
If preferred, dust fish in corn flour before stir-frying for a crisper result. A dash of soy sauce enhances the flavour of this dish.
