Ingredients: 1/2 lime into quarters; 2 crush lime lychees; 6 sprigs fresh mint; 45 millilitre malibu; 15 millilitre lychee liqueur; 1/2 cup ice cubes; 80 millilitre pineapple juice

80 millilitre pineapple juice

Method

1.Put lime into cocktail shaker. Using muddler, crush lime with lychees and mint. Add malibu, lychee liqueur and ice cubes; shake vigorously.

2.Strain into cocktail glass; top with pineapple juice. Garnish with pineapple leaf and orchid.
