Method

1.Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan on high. Stir-fry beans, choy sum and capsicum for 2-3 minutes until tender.
2.Add mushrooms, wombok and onion. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until wombok is tender.
3.Add combined sauces and sesame oil. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Serve topped with peanuts.

Use this as a meal accompaniment or add some tofu for a great vegetarian dish. Wombok is Chinese cabbage.
