Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan on high. Stir-fry pork, onion, green and red chillies, ginger and garlic for 5-6 minutes, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon, until pork is well browned.
2.Add kecap manis and water chestnuts. Stir-fry a further 1 minute.
3.Spoon pork mixture into lettuce cups. Top with green onion and extra chilli, to serve.
