Method
1.Cut between bones of pork into 4 rib racks.
2.Place ribs in a large shallow dish. In a jug, combine all remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs, turning to coat. Chill, covered, for 3 hours or overnight.
3.Preheat barbecue plate or gill on medium. Cook ribs, covered, for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
