Ingredients

Method

1.Lay half of green onions and ginger and 1/4 cup coriander leaves in base of 4 individual shallow bowls. Top each with 4 pieces of tofu and place bowls in a steamer.
2.Cover and steam for 5 minutes over a pan or wok of boiling water, until heated through. Top with remaining green onions, ginger and coriander and drizzle with soy sauce.
3.Heat oils in a small saucepan. Pour over tofu and serve immediately.
