Method
1.Layer spinach, pear and parmesan on a serving platter. Whisk together balsamic dressing and oil and season to taste. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
2.Slice the pears just before serving so they don’t turn brown. Lemon juice works too, but will alter the taste.
Health tip: Even if you’re on a low-fat diet, don’t be afraid to add parmesan to a dish for flavour. It has such a strong taste that you only need to use a little bit.
