Method
1.Combine garlic, ginger, oil, five spice, marmalade, maple syrup and kecap manis in a shallow dish. Add ribs and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
2.Preheat barbecue on medium. Drain pork ribs, reserving marinade. Cook pork ribs, turning and brushing occasionally with marinade, for 30 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with green salad.
