Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a large saucepan on high. Brown lamb in batches for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
2.Sauté onion in same pan for 2 minutes, until tender. Return lamb to pan with tikka marsala sauce and water.
3.Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 25-30 minutes, until lamb is tender and sauce has thickened.
4.Add pineapple, cabbage, basil. Season to taste. Heat, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, until cabbage wilts. Serve with steamed rice.

This curry would also be delicious with chicken or pork.
