1.Heat oil in a small frying pan on low. Cook cinnamon, cloves and cardamom for 1 minute, until fragrant. Add to orange juice.
2.Place orange, apple, kiwifruit, grapes, chilli and nutmeg in a bowl and drizzle with strained orange juice. Toss to combine. Pack fruit salad in an airtight container and chill until required.
