Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine bread and milk in a medium bowl. Stand for 2 minutes or until bread has absorbed milk.
2.Process mince, onion, cumin, coriander, egg and bread until almost smooth.
3.Cut each pastry sheet into quarters (squares). For each sausage roll, spoon an eighth of the mince mixture onto one edge of a pastry square. Roll pastry to enclose mince mixture and form a log. Press edges to seal. Using a small sharp knife, score top of pastry 3 times. Place sausage rolls on prepared tray, seam-side down; brush with extra egg, then sprinkle with seeds.
4.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked. Serve sausage rolls with potatoes, salad and tzatziki.
Make tzatziki by mixing natural yogurt with chopped mint, garlic and lemon juice.
