Method

1.Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
2.Place chocolate and oil in a medium heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let base of bowl touch water). Cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes, or until melted and smooth.
3.Remove bowl from pan; stand 15 minutes to cool.
4.Spoon teaspoons of chocolate mixture onto prepared trays. Spread to 4cm rounds; stand a further 10 minutes.
5.Sprinkle tops with cachous; stand 2 hours, or until set. Serve.

Melt chocolate with oil in the microwave – place in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high (100%) in 30-second bursts, stirring between bursts, until melted and smooth.
