Method

1.Spray a frying pan with cooking oil spray and heat on medium. Cook onion, stirring, for 3 minutes, or until soft. Add peas and 1/4 cup water and salt to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes, or until water evaporates and peas are tender.
2.Add garlic and prosciutto, cover frying pan and cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
3.Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain, and return to saucepan with peas, parsley and olive oil, tossing well. Serve with grated parmesan.
