Method
1.Bring milk and stock to the boil in a large saucepan. Gradually add 2 cups polenta, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring, 10 minutes or until polenta thickens. Stir in an extra 1 cup milk and until cheese melts.
2.Serve topped with extra finely grated parmesan, if you like.
