Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs, halved, yolks removed; 1/4 cup mayonnaise; 100 gram smoked salmon, finely chopped; 2 tablespoon salmon roe, to serve; 1 tablespoon snipped chives, to serve

1/4 cup mayonnaise

100 gram smoked salmon, finely chopped

2 tablespoon salmon roe, to serve

1 tablespoon snipped chives, to serve

Method

1.In a small bowl, mash yolks with mayonnaise. Season to taste.

2.Spoon evenly into whites. Top with salmon and roe. Sprinkle with chives to serve.
