Method
1.Spray a barbecue or chargrill with oil. Preheat on high. Chargrill the asparagus 4-5 minutes, turning until just tender. Allow to cool slightly.
2.In a large bowl, combine asparagus, chicken, rocket, half the strawberries and the remaining berries.
3.To make strawberry vinaigrette, place remaining strawberries with all dressing ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
4.Drizzle a little dressing over salad just before serving. Serve with extra dressing on the side.
If the strawberries are a little tart, add a dash of honey or brown sugar to the vinaigrette.
