Smoked chicken & asparagus quiches

Making finger food often seems fiddly and time consuming, but the ability to buy ready made pastry cases and good quality chicken mean that these dainty smoked chicken and asparagus quiches will be ready before you know it.

Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Return baked pastry cases to mini muffin pans.
2.Divide asparagus, chicken and chives into pastry cases.
3.Combine eggs and milk in large jug; pour into pastry cases, sprinkle with cheese.
4.Bake quiches about 10 minutes or until filling is set.

These quiches are best served warm. Filling ingredients can be prepared 24 hours ahead.
