Method
1.Heat a barbecue or char-grill to moderately high. Spray beef with oil. Add to grill. Cook 2-3 minutes each side for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a heatproof plate. Cover with foil. Rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly.
2.Meanwhile, place noodles in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand 3 minutes, or until softened. Using a fork, stir to separate strands. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Place noodles in a large bowl.
3.Add carrot, capsicum, cucumber, onion, radish and dressing to noodles. Toss to combine. Spoon salad into shallow serving bowls. Top salad with beef. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Top with coriander. Serve with lemon wedges.
Budget tip: Use rump or blade steak instead of budget beef porterhouse. Budget beef porterhouse is a cheap alternative to porterhouse steak. Try replacing rice noodles with dried egg noodles.
