Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Line oven tray with baking paper.
2.Spray bread with oil; spread with mustard, then sprinkle with poppy seeds, paprika and salt.
3.Cut wrap in half crossways; cut each half into long thin triangles. Place triangles on tray; bake for 4 minutes or until crisp. Cool on trays.

Use your favourite mountain bread variety or pita (lebanese) bread for this recipe.
