Method
1.Combine scallops, oil, ginger and garlic in medium bowl.Cover; refrigerate 15 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, cut each lime into eight wedges. Skewer one lime wedge and one piece of lime leaf onto each toothpick.
3.Cook scallops on oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) about 5 minutes or until cooked as desired. Skewer one scallop onto each toothpick.
