Sausage patties with fried tomatoes

1.Place sausage meat, mixed spice and parsley in a bowl and stir to combine (it should not need salt and pepper). With damp hands, shape mixture into four oval patties.

2.Heat a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add a film of oil to the pan, then add the sausage patties and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
