Method

1.Prepare bread mix following packet instructions and prove until doubled.
2.Heat lightly oiled frying pan on medium, then cook sausages for 8 minutes. Stir through baked beans and remove from heat.
3.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Punch down the dough and turn out onto a lightly floured board. Divide into 8. Roll each portion out to an 18cm circle. Place filling on one side and sprinkle with cheese. Brush edge with egg and fold over to enclose. Pinch edges together. Transfer to tray.
4.Brush pastry tops with egg. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with a mixed salad, if desired.
