Method
1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Cut pastry into 10 squares. Divide spinach between squares, leaving a 1cm edge.
3.Place 1 chevup at end of each square. Brush edges with a little egg. Roll up tightly, pressing to seal. Place seam-side down on prepared tray.
4.Brush rolls with remaining egg. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until sausage is cooked through and pastry is golden. Serve with sauce.
