Ingredients: 280 gram jar sweet tomato dip; 100 gram mini pappadums; Tomato sambal; 1 large tomato, seeded, chopped; 1 onion, finely chopped; 2 tablespoon chopped coriander; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 teaspoon ground cumin; Cucumber sambal; 1 cucumber, peeled, finely diced; 1 clove garlic, crushed; 1/2 cup (140g) natural yoghurt

Ingredients

280 gram jar sweet tomato dip

100 gram mini pappadums

Tomato sambal

1 large tomato, seeded, chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoon chopped coriander

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Cucumber sambal

1 cucumber, peeled, finely diced

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 cup (140g) natural yoghurt

Method

1.To make tomato sambal, combine all ingredients in a small serving bowl.

2.To make cucumber sambal, combine all ingredients in a small serving bowl.

3.Place dip in a small serving bowl. Serve both sambals and dip with pappadums.
