Method
1.Combine flour, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Dust lamb with flour mixture.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderately high heat. Cook lamb for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer lamb to a heatproof plate and cover with foil; rest for 5 minutes.
3.Add choy sum and bok choy to pan. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until vegies start to wilt. Add sauce and 1 tablespoon water. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until hot. Serve chops with vegies and rice.
