Home Quick and Easy February 28, 1975 Salmon with mango and pineapple salsa Serves 4 Cook 20M Skip to Recipe Woman's Weekly Food Previous Next Print Ingredients 4 x 200g salmon cutlets mango and pineapple salsa 2 small mangoes (600g), chopped coarsely 1 small pineapple (800g), chopped coarsely 2 tablespoon fresh mint, coarsely chopped 2 tablespoon fresh coriander, coarsely chopped 2 fresh small red thai chillies, sliced thinly 2 green onions, sliced thinly 2 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon light olive oil Method 1.Make mango and pineapple salsa. Place ingredients in medium bowl, toss gently to combine. 2.Cook salmon on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired. 3.Serve salmon with salsa.
