Method
1.Place salmon in a baking dish and grill for 5 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
2.Put marmalade, lemon rind and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Stir well and bring to the boil. Remove from heat and add the capers. Pour the sauce over the salmon fillets.
3.Scatter with almonds and serve immediately.
