Method

1.Pre-heat oven to hot, 200°C.
2.In a bowl, toss potatoes, oil and seasoning together until potatoes are well coated.
3.Spread potatoes in a single layer in a flame-proof baking dish. Heat on high and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
4.Remove potatoes from heat and place in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning twice during cooking.
5.When the potatoes are almost ready, season the salmon with salt and pepper. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan on medium, for 3-4 minutes each side, until cooked through or to taste.
6.Serve with wedges, salad and lemon wedges.
