Method

1.Combine mince, onion, sauces, breakfast biscuits and beaten egg in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Shape mixture into 4 rissoles. Heat oil on a barbecue plate over moderate heat. Cook rissoles for 3-4 minutes each side or until browned and cooked. Transfer rissoles to a heatproof plate, then cover to keep warm.
2.Cook bacon on barbecue for 2 minutes each side or until crisp. Cook eggs on barbecue until cooked to your liking.
3.Place rissoles on serving plates. Top with cheese, beetroot, tomato, bacon and egg. Serve with fries, extra sauce and salad.

Try using a Swiss-style cheese or mozzarella instead of tasty. You could also serve rissole stacks in toasted burger buns.
