Ingredients

Method

1.Heat oil in a large, heavy-based frying pan on high. Add chevups, onion, garlic, chilli and Cajun seasoning mix. Fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes, or until sausage is browned.
2.Stir in pasta and chicken stock. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cook on medium, covered, for 15-20 minutes, or until pasta is tender and liquid thickens.
3.Stir through radicchio and parsley. Season to taste. If desired, serve topped with cream cheese.

Chevups are skillness sausages available from sausage section of your supermarket.
