Method
1.Sift paprika over both sides of fish fillets. Pan-fry fish fillets for a few minutes on each side in a heated, greased large non-stick frypan until just cooked through.
2.Meanwhile, combine tomato, onion, cumin seeds and coriander in a small bowl. Serve fish with tomato salsa.
Accompany with a salad of your choice. Tomato salsa can be prepared several hours ahead. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
